1. Return Eligibility
Timeframe: Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and all accessories. Damaged, altered, or used items may not qualify for a refund.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Initiate a Return: Email our customer service team at support@morizzogroup.info with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: If approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Shipping:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance—we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refunds
Processing: Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll be notified via email once approved.
Timing: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times vary by bank).
Partial Refunds: May apply if items are not in original condition or parts are missing (unless due to our error).
5. Exchanges
Need the same item in a different size/color? Contact us at support@morizzogroup.info. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged/defective item, email us immediately at support@morizzogroup.info with:
Your order number
Photos of the item’s condition
We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
7. Late/Missing Refunds
Check your bank account or credit card statement.
Contact your bank—some refunds take time to process.

8. Return Shipping Address
Ship returns only to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Do not send items to the manufacturer.
